• You may return any unused, unopened, or undamaged product within 5 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. 
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you. 
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
